We are loan officers that specialize in Reverse Mortgages, more accurately Home Equity Lines of Credit (HECM). We have been trying to get the local elders in our area informed about Reverse Mortgages, but could not find a cost effective venue to get accurate information out there. As a little girl, Kimberly remembered traveling with her dad, who was a fuel distributor for Chevron and the owner of KIMCO, eating breakfast at certain restaurants on the front range and seeing Tidbits® on the tables. She remembered that being the Neatest Little Paper she Ever Read®, and thought that would be a great place to advertise.
Kimberly looked up Tidbits® and found that there wasn't one published in our area at all, nothing in Grand Junction, western slope, or even Utah... She then called the number and spoke to Ken Woodward in Alabama, we received the information and decided that this area needed a paper like Tidbits®, so we obliged!
We then flew out to Alabama to attend Tidbits® University, where we learned what makes this the Neatest Little Paper Ever Read®...
We learned that the first issue of Tidbits® was published in Helena, Montana back in 1987. In 2002, Tidbits® was relocated to Montgomery, Alabama, where the corporate headquarters is found. Tidbits®is found in cities, townships, and counties all over the country, with over 4 million readers nationwide!
We chose to bring Tidbits® to Mesa County as a family fun, child friendly, non-controversial paper for all to read and be entertained with fun facts, trivia and puzzles. Tidbits® of Mesa County is published right here in Grand Junction, all of the content is supplied by Tidbits® media, so it keeps our advertising rates low. Many of our advertisers have already expressed that they have gotten several calls since the first prototype paper was printed on 02 July 2019, in addition, we have also had calls expressing gratefulness to have such a nice paper to enjoy. Tidbits®of Mesa County can be found in more than 170 locations from DeBeque to Colbran, Gateway, Loma and Glade Park, and of course Palisade, Clifton, Grand Junction and Fruita! We are in several restaurants on the tables, to enjoy as you wait on your meal, also tire shops, doctors offices, etc. We are also in more than 20 gas stations, so you can pick up a copy on your way to work to enjoy in the break room, or take home to your family.
